How to Return an Item

Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely with all original packaging and tags, and ship it to our returns address.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return Shipping
Defective or Incorrect Items: We'll cover the return shipping costs. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to change of mind.
